Powder coated cast aluminium, stainless steel.
Private collection, Italy.
The work consists of two cylinder steel pillars and three powder coated, cast aluminium objects resembling a lemon, mandarin and lime. The three fruit objects form an equilateral triangle horizontally, as they sit on top of the two pillars and a marble sill, which is part of the architecture of the house. The fruit objects are thus placed at the same level and with equal distance between them. The marble sill, where the lemon is placed, is sometimes closed off from the terrace area (and the other two fruit) by a sliding glass door.
